Welcome to HelenaSips Wine Academy! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a membership.

1. Membership Plans

We offer the following membership options:

- Lifetime Membership: A one-time payment grants access to the Academy for as long as it operates. Lifetime memberships are non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted after purchase.

- Subscription Plans (if applicable): Subscription plans may involve an upfront fee and a recurring monthly charge. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but charges for previous billing periods are non-refundable.

HelenaSips Wine Academy reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce new membership models. If changes are made, you will be notified via email or through the platform, and such changes will apply to future purchases.

Lifetime Membership and Academy Closure

In the event that HelenaSips Wine Academy ceases operations or undergoes significant changes such as rebranding or transfer of ownership, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Lifetime Members in advance. HelenaSips Wine Academy reserves the right to terminate Lifetime Memberships without refunds if the Academy ceases to exist. However, if the Academy transitions to a new platform or ownership, Lifetime Members will retain access under similar terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

What People Are Saying:

I cannot recommend this course enough. I have such fabulous confidence in my wine kowledge that I am always desperate to take the wine list and surprise and delight my friends and colleagues with my choices. We don't necessarily spend more, but we drink so much better!
